Sophie is a London-based journalist, editor and content strategist.

After spending five years writing and editing for an HR magazine, Sophie worked at a content marketing agency where she supported large corporate clients with their complex storytelling needs. 

Sophie currently works as a Workplace Wellbeing Specialist at Vitality.

In 2020, HR Grapevine was awarded HR and Benefits Publication of the Year at the Willis Towers Watson Media Awards - an accolodate which Sophie contributed to.
